What is the Academy?

Founded in 1999, The Academy is a Microsoft Certified Technical Education Center that has taught over 3,500 companies and individuals how to manage today’s networks and other critical technologies. The Academy is the #1 ranked Microsoft   8 Times-Gold Partner in Florida .  All classes are led by Microsoft Certified Trainers with real and practical field experience. Our mission is training individuals and companies throughout the country and here in Miami. 

The Academy has expanded its offerings into new areas throughout the last few years including providing professional services in the areas of network implementations, migrations, design, and validation for Active Directory and Exchange.  The Academy has also been successful in providing custom developed software solutions delivered on the Microsoft .Net Framework and Microsoft SQL platforms.

Learn-for-Life Program
Student success is our primary objective. Through the Learn-for-Life Program, students are able to re-take any program in which they have already enrolled at no additional cost, for as long as the program is taught. Therefore, if a student is having difficulties understanding certain material, or is unable to attend every class for a specific course due to work or family obligations, the Learn-for--Life program gives students the benefit of being able to take that course again.

Test Pass Guarantee Program
the Test Pass Guarantee Program is structured to give students  the confidence they need to pass their certification exams. The program has proven to be so effective that if a student fails a certification exam, The Academy will pay for them to re-take it, as long as the student obtains a Test Insurance Pass before registering for any given certification exam.

The Academy has much pride in its 96%+ first time pass rate for students who meet the three criteria below.  The program works, it's up to you to stick to it!

In order to obtain a Test Pass Guarantee, students must accomplish the following:
1. Attend every session/class for the particular course. (If you don't come to school, it's much harder to learn)
2. Take at least three computerized practice exams and score an 80% or better on each. (You can take as many as you would like in our practice test center, and this is of no cost to our students)
3. Have a successful interview with the instructor.
